We've made the redeeming process very easy. All the prizes, coupons, food, drinks, and restaurant gift cards are redeemed right from your phone.

When you win something, go to the Settings section (click on the gear) and choose the gift or prize you wish to redeem and click on the picture on the left side to review the details of that award.

When ready to redeem, just go to the restaurant or business you won the gift or prize with to redeem your prize. Go to the Settings area on the game app (click on the gear) and find the section where your prize or gift is located (Prizes, Gems Won, or Gold Bars). Once you are ready to redeem the prize or coupon, press the redeem button and show it in the presence of the business or restaurant you are redeeming it with. BE SURE TO HAVE the restaurant or business representative press the final (second) redeem button, otherwise you forfeit that award. Be careful! Once you push the redeem button a second time your prize our gift will be activated and removed.

For cash awards of the Weekly High Score prize and large cash rewards from Gems, we pay through PayPal. Simply give us your PayPal info and your funds will get transferred into your account.
